Hello, please help. I never had any cuts or tightness in my foreskin before a year and a half ago. I started getting cuts a year and a half ago, and it was lots of tearing, but then I started taking care of the foreskin properly, and using antibiotic tropical cream, it was healing and when having intercourse would open again. Now not long ago around 1-2 months ago I had a tiny cut from intercourse, and then it almost healed but when I went to bathroom to pee, the foreskin was close and when I peed I received 2 tear cuts. These cuts haven't been healed since 1-2 months of it happening. I really careful with it, and no intercourse happened in 3-4 months. Please help and how to have it healed with just regular treatment (creams/gels)
