I have recently started getting ocular migraines. My eyes go half blind and blur for 20 to 30 mins and when they get normal I start getting a really bad headache. Any suggestions?

You are suffering from migraine with aura. Migraine headache is characterised by unilateral pulsating headache associated with nause/vomiting and photophobia / phonophobia. In your case, there is aura associated with migraine. Aura consists of sensory/ motor /visual symptoms before the headache which are reversible in nature. There are triggers for migraine like sun exposure, certain foods or smell, lack of sleep, excess caffeine etc. The triggers are variable for different patients.
