Here are a few general tips that may help manage your symptoms: stay hydrated: drink plenty of fluids, such as water or clear broths, to prevent dehydration from diarrhea and vomiting. Rest: get plenty of rest to help your body fight the infection and reduce your symptoms. Avoid foods that trigger your symptoms: eat small, frequent meals and avoid spicy, fatty, or greasy foods that may aggravate your stomach. Seek medical attention: if you experience severe pain, vomiting, or fainting, seek medical attention immediately.
