My wife is suffering from urine infection and itching and pain always should I do pls advise can I use oflex 200 or urispas pls advise.

Oflox is an antibiotic and not of much use in uti. Urispas is used for urethral dyscomfort. For urine infection general hygiene measures, daily change of undergarments and drinking lots of water will help. She needs to give her urine for culture and antibiotic sensitivity.
