I am suffering from sinusitis. Is it safe to administrate xylometazoline solution for a long period. Kindly reply.

It is definitely not advisable to use xylomatazoline for more than 3 to 5 days. It will definitely give excellent immediate relief for short period but it increases swelling inside nose and worsens sinusitis.
