My last period date is 27 th february, but when I checked on this 18th of april I was conceived for 4 weeks, my scan report shows as fetal pole seen, will I have healthy baby can I continue this or not.

If last period was on 27/2 roughly pregnancy lodges around 13/3 in those who had regular periods prior to that. When medically anyone says weeks of pregnancy it is usually 2 weeks more than actual because it is customary to count as from last period and not from actual day of pregnancy.
