My 2 months old baby girl was diagnosed with av canal defect n large primum asd and mitral valve is -6 mm, left chambers of heart were very small and correction of aorta done through balloon dilation. congestive heart failure. Doctor is saying to do surgery in this month only but they were saying, no guarantee just we will try if you r ok for everything. please give me suggestion. My baby is active n taking feed properly. Only problem is always cold. Using furoped drops and aldactone was stopped. please give best advice sir. Large ostium primum asd with left to right shunt, moderate right avvr, fair biventricular function, dilated ra/rv, left aortic arch, mild hypoplasia of arch, mild flow turbulence in isthmus-no gradient, pulsatilla abdominal aortic doppler. please give best suggestion sir.
