Hello doc, I was 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I opted for termination. After taking misoprostol when they scanned me, they said I have some portion of placenta left and 1714 cm of corpus luteum cyst on right ovary. Is it I have to worry about or will it dissolves on its own? Later they did dnc for me and did not scan after that.

D and c was required for removal of the placental bits. It's fine if repeat scan was not done as long as complete removal has been done and there is no bleeding. To check for corpus luteal cyst, you can get a repeat sonography done after your next menses to check if it's still there.
