The end of my penis burns sometimes at night but not while I urinate? This has happened twice within about two weeks. Its start burning in night but it stops when I pee and then starts back when I quit peeing. I get relief after sometime of doing pee. I also have tiny bumps on penis and I shown them to dermatologist they told me that they are just eczema and given me pacroma cream. Please suggest me what are they and I had also test done for HIV and RPR.Please tell sir.

It shoukd not be anything serious. Did they say eczema? take regular medication and do the following for prevention: keep the skin dry - men that have penile eczema should keep the skin dry. No more long baths, regular change of underwear, avoid sexual contact. Hydrate the skin - dry skin is also a problem when having penile eczema, and it should be dealt with by keeping the skin hydrated. Bathing rules - when bathing, avoid perfumed soaps, gently rinsing should keep the condition from getting worse. When drying with towel, gently pat your penis! do not rub it. Avoid scratching - above all, men with penile eczema should avoid scratching.
