I am a female 20 years old. Since last 1 year I am facing problem of scanty periods my menstrual cycle is regular but the flow has decreased. My periods used to last 4-5 days but now the very first day of the period has a good flow rest of the days scanty flow. Well adding to that in 2021 I took I pill two times with a gap of proper six months and I feel like after that my problem has started because earlier I used to get normal periods with normal flow.
