I have fever since 4 days and with headache also vomiting frequently. Please help and give me some home remedies.

Atake vomited tablet to stop vomiting. For fever mahasudarshan tablet 2 in morning after breakfast 2 after lunch 2 after dinner for 3 days. Rub onion on hands, soles and forehead. Take orange glucose 2spoon powder without water three times (it's sunstroke)
