Hello, I am 20 years old. For the past week, I have been experiencing pain in my right testicle, and over time, the pain has spread to my entire right leg. The pain persists throughout the day and is mild. Is it possible to relieve the pain at home, or should I see a doctor? If I need to see a doctor, what kind of doctor should I consult? Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns!

In fact, most causes of pain in the testicle and thigh (or any part of the leg) usually arise from non-urological issues, like pinched nerves, herniated discs, or muscle strain. While these issues are not comfortable and do take some time to treat, they're rarely an emergency or serious. Sudden, severe testicle pain. Testicle pain accompanied by nausea, fever, chills or blood in your urine.
