I'm 33 years old male. I have type 2 diabetes since jun 2011.2012 h1bac level 6.2 2013 h1bac level 7.9 2014 h1bac level 6.2 2014 h1bac level 6.0 (last month) currentley taking metformin 500mg modifiedrelease tablets 4 per day saxagliptin 5mg tablets 1 per day can I reduce the tablet or change the tablet.
