Hi, I understand your concern. The excessive gas and burps are not due to fatty liver but due to the herbal products. We always have a general tendency to think that herbal means no side effect but this is not true. Food and herbs can be really a better way to treat many ailments and diseases, but then, excess of them too causes various other unwanted problems. Some herbs could be harsh to the stomach/intestines which might be the cause of your problem. So in first place please make sure the products you are taking are prescribed by a certified ayurvedic doctor. Secondly, there have been published reports wherein many unregulated herbal products have caused liver toxicity. Consider following certain conservative measures mentioned below: 1. Tab. Pan 40 for 15 days (taken early morning empty stomach without taking anything atleast till 30 min) 2. Tab. Liv-52 two tablets twice a day for a month. 3. Please try to cut down the herbal products if self taken and try to substitute with fresh ones. Hope this helps. For further queries, you consult me for the same.Â

It's great that you're exercising consistently, but consuming amla powder on a daily basis can exacerbate your acidity problem. As a homoeopathic consultant, I may recommend homoeopathic medications such as lycopodium 200 and carbo. Veg 200 can aid in speedier recovery. Â
