I am in 34 weeks pregnant and baby weight is 1479 gm and there is a 3 weeks ac, fl and efw lag in baby. On 28 th week baby weight was 960 gm and there was 2 weeks weight lag. My age is 34 and weight is 58 kg ang height is 5 ft. Doc has given me arg 9 sachet and 2 injection of betamethasone. Also recently I have diagnosed with early onset iugr. Just wanted to confirm all this will harm my baby and is there any chance of preterm birth and what will be risk factor will be happened after birth?

The baby's growth is lagging behind which may require premature delivery if there is distress with its complications. Some of them have been tried to be prevented by the betamethasone and arginine.Follow doctor's advice diligently and keep a close watch on fetal movements.
