I am 25 year, I have an issue of dizziness, headache, tiredness n some feel like the my head is spinning which started two years back now, back then I tested for malaria, typhoid, ulcer but only ulcer was positive some I had some medication which instead increase the situation until I had to go for local medicine, so this time it started with flu n cough, on getting the medicine I started experiencing heartburn then felt like ulcers which made me to buy pantop d n mucogel, as soon as I started the medication then the dizziness, head spinning, tiredness n headache started, so what should I do that I even don't have any symptoms of malaria.

Go for malaria test if you r having symptoms like fever or cold. For ulcer I think you done endoscopy. Go for blood test. Check hb level as cuz of ulcer active bleeding there is blood loss and that’s why you r felling tired and head spin there are symptoms of iron def anemia. Hello lybrate-user. You should get some basic blood test done- cbc with esr, thyroid profile, lft with serum electrolytes, crp, iron profile. Please also get your bp checked. Drink minimum 3 litres water everyday. You might need a repeat endoscopy so we know the exact status of your ulcer and based on that your further medications can be decided.
