I have had beet juice for several days and was having red stool which I thought was beeturia. I stopped the juice 4 days ago and was having normal stool but today I had same red stool. This is concerning me as I also have mild abdominal pain with burning sensation in my stomach and also mouth ulcers. Is it something serious like colon cancer or something else?

At 18 years the likelihood of developing carcinoma colon is very low. It could also be due to hemorrhoids for which you might need treatment, or it could be something that we need not worry about. I would like to talk about this in more detail to take a proper medical history and provide you a resolution at the earliest. Consult for further details.
