My friend is diagnosed of hepatitis b positive and she's very worried for her life. She also did abdominopelvic ct scan. The findings shows 'the liver spans 143 mm with heterogeneous parenchyma due to a mass in segment 7 of the live measuring 59 x 43 mm, showing increasing enhancement on the arterial, venous and delay phases suggestive of hepatic hemangioma. No ductal dilation or porta hepatis node is noted" please what does the above mean and what are the likely treatment required?
