Hello lybrate-user! there are some common triggers for seborrheic capitis. - stress -recovery from stressful live events -harsh chemicals -cold dry weather, changes in seasons try some stress relief techniques if you have any. If the condition has improved then try to use the medicated shampoo and lotion less frequently. Add natural products like tea tree oil in your shampoo which contain anti fungal properties. Apply natural moisturiser like almond oil, aloe vera or olive oil an hour before shampooing. Have a well balanced protein rich diet.
