I am diabetic and taking dianorm m but the sugar level is around 230mg can I change the drug.

Sugar levels should be maintained as close as possible near normal. You may shift to tablet k - glim m 1 to begin with once a day, check the levels if still high increase one more tablet in the night. Also exercise, avoid sweets and deep fried foods.
