My blood pressure is 170/110. I am taking medicine so during day time its coming around 150/90. But my question is early morning when I wake up and measure then it's 121/80. Which is absolutely normal. So is there a way to stop medication because during day time only it is high which I think can be due to some environmental reason and not physical I guess. Please correct me if I am wrong. I have just started the medicine 2 weeks back and I am only 25 and don't want to depend on medicine for life long. Please suggest if you have any good idea as well.
