My father is 79 years old. High bp problem since last 30 years, diabetes grade 2 since last 4-5 years, prostate problem last 10 years, alcoholic. On 5th april he lost his consciousness, after hospitalization blood reports shown prostate volume 34 urea 255, creatine 4, sodium 129, tlc 18820, rbc 2.63 and hb 7.6, lymphocyte 4, eosinophil. 1. After treatment now most of the reports r in line, except hb 9 and iron 22 and without cathedral unable to do proper urine pass out.

It seems due to acute infection he had acute renal failure which improved with treatment his low hb may be due to number of factor such as kidney disease due to high bp and diabetes, he consumed lot of alcohol and damaged liver and poor nutrition since liver and complete blood report and iron and b12stufies are not available hence cause of low hb can be ascertained on basis of reports only he is not able to pass urine without cather is due to prostate issue please consult urologist for that please consult me privately with cbc iron proliferation b12 liver and kidney report for cause and management of low hemoglobin.
