I am 36 year old, my job is to listen to calls for hours, that has caused ear pain. I also feel that the nerve in my left ear pains. I definitely think there is no infection. But a dull pain, sometime stabbing for few seconds and have tinnitus that comes and goes. I am particularly looking for supplement that can protect my ear from further damage.

Its better to change your headphones if that's the cause. Ears have soft cartilage so pressure on ears for long periods cause ear pain. You can make that pain releive by doing some home remedies like cold compression and heat compression but they are only temporary relief.
