Here are a few possibilities: balanitis: this is an inflammation of the foreskin and head of the penis, usually caused by poor hygiene, fungal or bacterial infections, or irritation from certain soaps or substances. Symptoms may include redness, swelling, itching, and discomfort. Sexually transmitted infections (stis): certain stis, such as genital herpes or syphilis, can cause red spots and discomfort in the genital area. It's important to note that these conditions typically have other associated symptoms as well. Allergic reaction: you may be experiencing an allergic reaction to a certain substance, such as a new detergent, soap, lubricant, or latex condom. Allergic reactions can cause redness, itching, and discomfort. Trauma or injury: if you recently had rough or vigorous sexual activity, it's possible that the red spot and pain are a result of minor trauma or irritation to the area.
