I have started to have pain at the lower area of my penis (downside) few days ago. I teared the membrane that connects the lower tip (head) of penis to the foreskin. It's red and pains even if I touch it. It pains a lot while inserting penis but now when it's fully inserted in.

In the meantime, here are some general suggestions that may help alleviate your discomfort: keep the area clean: gently wash the affected area with warm water and mild soap. Avoid using any harsh or irritating substances. Apply a topical ointment: over-the-counter antibiotic ointments, such as bacitracin or polysporin, can help prevent infection and promote healing. Apply a thin layer as directed on the packaging. Take pain relief medication: over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen may help reduce pain and inflammation. Follow the recommended dosage instructions. Avoid sexual activity: it's essential to give the torn frenulum time to heal. Refrain from sexual activity or any activities that put pressure on the affected area until it has fully recovered. Consider using a lubricant: if you do engage in sexual activity, using a water-based lubricant can help reduce friction and minimize discomfort.
