I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. A hydrocele (hi-droe-seel) is a type of swelling in the scrotum, the pouch of skin that holds the testicles. This swelling happens when fluid collects in the thin sac that surrounds a testicle. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a treatment plan for you.
