My nose is still congested even after taking my medicine. I don't know what more I can do to clear it. Please help.

No mention of diagnosis and treatment received. Although allergy to some agent is commonest cause for nasal congestion, and to identify it and if possible avoid it is the proper approach. You should consult ent specialist for examination for any defect or obstruction in nostrils like congestion, deviated septum, hypertrophied nasal turbinate or polyp etc decongestant nasal spray or drops give only temporary relief and at times habit forming.
