Hi f27, undergoing ovulation induction. Had letrozole from day 2 to 7 and my usg details are day 9 - endomet: 5.9 mm right ovarian follicle: 19.5, 20 mm left ovarian follicle: 15.8 mm day 10 - endomet: 7 mm right ovarian follicle: 20.5, 21 mm left ovarian follicle: 17 mm. Had hcg 5000 on day 10. Usg on day 13 - endomet: 10 mm right ovarian follicle: 24, 29.5 mm left ovarian follicle: 17 mm and impression is follicle size increased. Doctor said rupture happened and prescribed progesterone for day 13 to day 26. But then why follicle size increased? Is there chance for pregnancy?

After follicle rupture you will have free fluid in scan report ,better wait.

Just wait for the steps to show up gradually. Progesterone helps in conception and maintenance of pregnancy and follicle size increasing and rupture is fine. In anticipation the necessary steps are being taken so have faith.
