I have missed two pregnancies in past 2 years no heart beat in baby and also deficiency in protein s now I am pregnant doctor suggested to take fragmin 5000 iu daily till pregnancy is this safe to use.

Protein s deficiency is a hyper coagulable state which will lead to miscarriages if not treated. Low molecular weight heparin like dalteparin (fragmin) is a treatment for protein s deficiency that you will need to take.
