If you are experiencing persistent pain and discomfort in your scrotum following a surgical procedure like orchiopexy and varicocelectomy, it's important to consult with your doctor or urologist. They are in the best position to evaluate your specific situation and provide appropriate guidance. Persistent pain and discomfort after surgery can have various causes, including post-operative healing, nerve sensitivity, or complications. Your doctor may recommend further evaluation, such as imaging tests or physical examinations, to assess the underlying cause of your symptoms.
