Why do I have pain in the right side of my groin. Though there is no redness or any swelling there.

Hi, you have given very limited symptoms. There could be multiple reasons for the pain at that site. It could be a simple pinched nerve, urinary tract infection, testicular problem, any hernia. For now you can take tab. Diclofenac sodium 50 mg twice a day for 3 days. If pain still persists, please take private consultation for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.

Pain in groin could be because of conditions like epididymoorchitis or it could be due to radiating pain from pelvic organs. I would like to obtain a detailed history before I could diagnose something conclusively.
