Hello my wife was suffering from severe dizziness, vomiting and diarrhea. After we took her to general physician. He said its to vertigo due to ear problem as she hav suffered from vertigo twice in last four years. He give treatment accordingly. My wife feel better but mild giddiness was still present. During sitting, standing, moving she feel giddiness. Dr. said problem is due to ear but we will cross check neurological function so he advised for brain mri. We have done brain mri it shows 1.3x1.3x0. 9 neuroglial cyst in left temporal lobe. Currently she is having only dizziness symptom while sitting, standing and sometimes moving. Need your opinion. Whether it is curable without surgery on medicine only. Whether it is serious or common problem. Pls help.
