My baby is 6 months old and from birth to 6 months I have given her lactogen 1.now I have started to give her lactogen 2 but she had constipation and she is pooping very hard and less in quantity. She is pooping 5 times a day less and hard. What can I do? Is this shifting from lactogen 1 to 2 cause this?

It's a common problem. It may or may not be due to change in formula milk. But the thing is, you should add complementary feed in your child's diet. Like fruits pury, home made cerolac and many other options. Your child may not eat initially more than 2 serving per day, but still you have to introduce these all. Gradually constipation problem will be solved. You can try another formula milk for more than 6 month babies. If that will relieve constipation, then culprit was that formula. For further advice, you can consult any pediatrician.

Hi. Now your baby is 6 month old than you added vegetables fruit juices, smoothly and gave some fiver rich fruit. Also added daal ka paani in daily routine.
