My penis foreskin issue. I am un-circumcised, so whenever I masturbate my foreskin goes behind the penis and once done foreskin naturally goes up and covers the penis. But two days ago, I masturbated very much, and the foreskin as usual went behind the tip of penis, but after I was done with it, my penis foreskin never went up to cover the penis, and even after doing it manually, penis foreskin naturally comes below the penis. I am un-circumcised but still looks like I am circumcised since 2 days as foreskin is not going up, and if I do it manually, it anyways goes down below the penis.

Hello-"phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin. The foreskin of the penis is not retractable in an infant or a young child. This is considered to be a normal part of development. As the child grows into puberty the foreskin naturally separates itself from the head of the penis, allowing for complete retraction.
