While masturbating I heard a pop sound from base of penis. After that I have noticed a little pain occasionally from base of penis plus deflection of urine stream. There is no bruise or swelling and also pain is just mild and occasional. I am worried that I had penile suspensory ligament tear. Please throw some light on this.
