If your internal piles causing bleeding you need to check your hemoglobin first. The grade of your internal need to be checked by a surgeon. Depending on the grade management will be as follows - grade 1/2 - can try medical management with sitcom forte tablet twice daily � 2 wks or daflon 500- 6 tabs daily x 4 days then 4 tabs daily in next 3 days all medicines has side effects, you should be aware of and stop if any happens. Plenty of water - 6 glass daily at minimum fresh fruit, vegetables at plenty - minimum 5 servings of fresh fruits per day. Have good sleep, reduce stress take a stool under foot if sitting in commode. Senna 3 tab twice daily or dulculux soft 100 mg thrice daily or syears dhuphalac 15-30 ml tds to relieve constipation- most important. Grade 3/4 haemorrhoids need surgical management. Hope this will help guide you problem.
