It is most likely bullous pemphigoid. Would definitely need photo and detailed history to confirm diagnosis. Its closely related differential pemphigus vulgaris needs to be ruled out based on history. Bp is less dangerous and usually self limiting while pv is more dangerous and can cause severe fluid loss and inability to maintain bosy temperature. As advice till then drink ors 2 pouch daily drink plenty of fluids. Try to remain at room temperature. Do contact me for further diagnosis and treatment if you feel necessary.
