My baby is one and half month. Doctor recommended 0.5 ml neopeptine for five days for gas and constipation. She cries in pain after giving single drop of neopeptine. Is she allergic to it or is this not the right medicine? Please help me answer my queries. I can not see my baby in pain.

Dear parents, your baby may suffer from abdominal colic. And neopeptine makes digestion easy ,but not much helpful in colic. You can massage clock wise and anti clock wise around umbilicus whenever your baby has colic. You can burp your baby after each feed for 15 mins. You can do movement of your baby's leg in which your baby'knee touches your baby's chest alternatively (cycling movements) and simultaneously. These methods can relieve colic and gas .apart from this, another method is "tummy time, for further details, you can consult personally .or to any other doctor you trust.
