1) if the facts are true as described- there was no need for unwanted 72 as no chance of pregnancy. 2) after taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts. If this does not happen as well as the period is missed then do a pregnancy test, but only if pregnancy is likely which is not by your descripotion. 3) still if want to confirm may get her blood test done serum hcg-beta 4) for her period may take hormonal treatment from any doctor preferably gynecologist with or without test.
