I was pregnant in march I tested positive on 1st april so I took the mtp abortion kit on 3rd march n later after taking the 2nd pill I started bleeding n that bleeding took place from 4th to 21st april th?n everything was very normal n on 11th may I had unprotected sex then from 13th april night I saw lil drops of blood spots n then later next ??y morning on 14th april I took an ipill n the spotting which started before taking the ipill continued for 5 days n it was just spotting n lil bleeding not like periods n then after I started noticing the pregnancy symptoms in the same week n I had stomach tingling like I had in my first pregnancy then after few days I was having severe back pain n headache I was very sleepy I was feeling soo tired n I was just sleeping the whole day n night then I could?t control my urine dizziness then I took the urine preg test it came out to be negative n I feel like my upper abdomen is stretching n tingling in all my stomach I am soo disturbed while sleeping coz of my stomach I am having breast ache as well n from last 5 days I am having heavy white discharge n couldnt?t eat anything I am feeling nauseous I am feeling nauseous even with smell of food and still the urine test is negative I also had unprotected sex on 18th may n 1st june but didn?t took any pill after that I also missed my periods my periods was suppose to come on 23rd.

Please get a usg lower abdomen and pelvis done to confirm if any pregnancy or residual product left and rule out ectopic pregnancy.

You have done total mess hormonal pills are not just to be taken like anything. You should always take an usg to confirm whether termination is complete or not. And if you are having regular intercourse then you should take regular oral contraception. Now get an usg and liver kidney function test and then consult.
