I got a vertigo attack in the morning today and this is the second attack after I started lonazep 0.5 in the last 3 months. I am also taking amitriptyline 25 mg. Is lonazep culprit of vertigo?

Hii lybrate-user lonazep (clonazepam) is a molecule which can cause mild dizziness or drowsiness. It is unlikely to cause vertigo. Mostly it will be a positional vertigo. Its best to consult if its recurring.
