I am having acute stomach ache and diarrhea together, already taken 2 medicines= 1.lomitol ans 2.oflotas-oz. Also had ors. Diarrhea is somewhat controlled but stomach ache is continuous. Can I take meftal spas also along these tablets to overcome stomach ache too.
