:hi can you help! my blood pressure for the last 2 years is high, normally is 200/130 ,sometimes its 235/145, in not over weight and pretty fit, haven't seen a doctor, due to being a single dad,

Any blood pressure like this is considered a hypertensive urgency. You need treatment otherwise it could be fatal for you. Need reduction of blood pressure serially. Are you taking any medicines as of now? Uncontrolled bp since 2 years had already caused you heart remodelling. Increasing muscle bulk of heart increases the risk of an attack. Need to see your heart on an x-ray and ecg. For prescription text consult.
