My baby is 13 months old she had lymph nodes in inguinal region 2 on each side she have had done following courses of anti biotic (1) zyto 2) cefspan (3) novidat and dinacor is ongoing from this monday.

Then you should consult any pediatrician again to confirm whether size is decreasing or increasing, whether any other lymphnodes in other areas like axilla, cervical region, and whether it is actually lymphnode or something else like bilateral congenital inguinal hernia.
