My perianal abscess surgery was done in december but now from one month I have facing problem in anal area doctor told me that uhh have fissure and my masse comes out little and go back on there on Dr. also told me there was still a fistula track but no pus formation please z. Tell me to cure this without surgery I do not want any surgery.

Please tell your problem in details, not the diagnosis. If there is fissure there will be a skin tag in the perianal area but that not a mass that comes out and goes. Mass occurs in cases of hemorrhoids or piles and may produce bleeding also. If there is perianal abscess surgery there high chance of development of fistula later on. Please tell your problem in details or visit a surgeon for detailed assessment.
