Constipation, not having motion since last 4 days. Even after ducoflex5 mg tab no motion. Just feeling to discharge poop but nothing coming out. Today morning got enema, got stool pas after 1.5 hrs of enema. Still not feeling all clear nd feeling of nausea.

Happy to know that the enema helped as advised. Unless contraindicated, a high fibre diet, plenty of liquids, abdominal massage and physical activity can prevent further constipation. She is on omnacortil which may bw causing tge constipation. Please consult, as I can advise an appropriate laxative for a few days, based on an evaluatuon. I can also advise the right diet and exercise (needs to be customized as patient seems to be having heart/ respiratory issues).
