I eat about 300-350 gms of chicken (roasted in the oven) for lunch and salad for dinner (cucumber, carrot, lettuce, bell peppers with olive oil and lime juice as a dressing). I also have coffee / tea without milk. I also work out regularly. This diet has helped me lose weight but I am not sure if it is balanced. If it isn't balanced, what can I add to it to balance it out? I prefer sources that are low in carbohydrates and those that are not processed.

Hi, better is to get your constitution done and go accordingly. Weight loss is not everything but you should reduce in a healthy way. If you are internally fit and your immune system is strong you can reduce easily. So better is to get your fat and muscles mass check and go accordingly.
