Hello sir, my foreskin at the top of penis gets stuck at the top during erect penis. I am 30 years old and it cause pain at the time of sex due to movement of skin. The skin movement cause pain.

Hello-"phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin. The foreskin of the penis is not retractable in an infant or a young child. This is considered to be a normal part of development. As the child grows into puberty the foreskin naturally separates itself from the head of the penis, allowing for complete retraction.
