I had unprotected sex with a particular person, when I went to see a doctor (after 2 days) I tested negative for hiv but then the doctor prescribed address for me, and said I should drink it for one month. Should I be concerned or what could be the problem?

This should be post exposure prophylaxis treatment. Though it could be something else also. Would need photo to be sjre as initial test is not confirmatory. It could be false negative. I would advice test again after 3 weeks which would decide whether to stop pep. Also a final confirmatory test after 3 months of exposure do contact me for further diagnosis and treatment or if you still have some doubts you want to clear.
