I am 12th week pregnant. Having vaginal infection from past 1.5 months for which doctor suggested to use 3 nite vaginal suppository and surfaz sn cream. My worry is does this infection effects baby growth in anyway pls reply.

Its kind of fungal infetion. your doctor prescribed very well. For 3 day course it does cause any harm to baby. Focus on personal hygeine n take fluids. Have good diet. Take care n best of luck.
